New Policy in Effect as of 4 July, 2011:
Any pricing-related
information requested from and provided by Russell Mills and the
California Perfume Company web site will require a $3.95 pre-payment via
PayPal. Answers to all
e-mailed queries will be provided within three
business days of receipt of payment.

Additionally:
Simple requests for information that DO NOT INCLUDE PRICING will continue to be answered as a free service courtesy of Russell Mills and the California Perfume Company web site.
Reason for this New Policy:
This new measure is designed to help offset the substantial yearly operating cost of this FREE web site. Thus far, tens of thousands of dollars have been invested in the development and presentation of this web site over the past decade while absolutely NO income has ever been generated. All services offered to date (4 July, 2011) by Russell Mills and the California Perfume Company web site have been gratis. As the web site continues to experience phenomenal growth along with increased usage, the time has come to request help from those that benefit from this continually expanding web-based resource.
