This CP Book advertisement was located in the advertising section of the October1906 Good Housekeeping Magazine. The advertisement was one quarter page (approximately 4 x 2 3/4 inches). This same advertisement was used in the July 1906, August 1906, and September 1906 issues of the magazine.
   

NOTE: There is an interesting mistake in the above advertisement: The company address was presented as "125 Chambers St., New York" The correct address was "126 Chamber St., New York"
