Depilatory
~1913-1914
NOTE: The 1914 CPC Catalog states that the Depilatory was put up in a "convenient metal container with a screw cap". This variant probable represents the introduction of the Depilatory product in late-1913 to early-1914.
Price (1914) ..... $ .50

Depilatory
~1914-1930
Price (1916) ..... $ .50

The left tin above is an earlier Depilatory tin example. Note the inclusion of the CPC guarantee on the left tin, within the rear view picture. The right tin is probably from the 1918 to 1922 period. The difficulty in dating the Depilatory tins is that the California Perfume Company continued to depict this tin in catalogs and brochures with the same picture from 1914 through 1930.

Depilatory
~1914-1930
Price (1922) ..... $ .48
This tin is a pre-1923 example due to the inclusion of San Francisco on the box

Depilatory
~1914-1930

This tin includes other CPC Distribution Centers at the bottom, however San Francisco is absent; probably a late-1922 to 1930 example.
